About the Opportunity

Business Partner is recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients in the Banking Sector. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support the organization’s financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, tax requirements, and applicable financial regulations.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury activities.
• Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and risk management practices.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Prepare financial analysis, management reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Support strategic business decisions through financial modeling and analysis.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and corporate governance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Previous experience in the Banking Sector is highly preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations and financial compliance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
