Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Prepare supply plans based on sales forecasts, demand, inventory levels, and business requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of products and materials while minimizing overstock and shortages.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow.
  • Monitor purchase orders and supplier deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Follow up on inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delivery or supply issues promptly.
  • Analyze inventory movement, demand patterns, and product availability to support effective replenishment decisions.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, lead times, and service levels.
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory, supply status, purchase orders, delivery performance, and key supply chain KPIs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company supply chain policies and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs, improving efficiency, and optimizing inventory levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Inventory Management.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG sector is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work with data and reports.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Good command of English language is preferred.

About the Opportunity

Business Partner is recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients in the Banking Sector. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support the organization's financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.
  • Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, tax requirements, and applicable financial regulations.
