{"id":4436,"date":"2026-08-18T12:44:27","date_gmt":"2026-08-18T12:44:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesspartneriq.com\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=4436"},"modified":"2026-08-18T12:44:29","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T12:44:29","slug":"supply-chain-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/businesspartneriq.com\/en\/jobs\/supply-chain-supervisor\/","title":{"rendered":"Supply Chain Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Client: FMCG (Confidential)<br>Location: Baghdad \u2013 Al Rusafa<br>Employment Type: Full-Time<br>Working Days: Sunday \u2013 Thursday<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare supply plans based on sales forecasts, demand, inventory levels, and business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of products and materials while minimizing overstock and shortages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor purchase orders and supplier deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delivery or supply issues promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze inventory movement, demand patterns, and product availability to support effective replenishment decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, lead times, and service levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify supply chain risks and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare regular reports on inventory, supply status, purchase orders, delivery performance, and key supply chain KPIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company supply chain policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs, improving efficiency, and optimizing inventory levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0<strong>Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering<\/strong>, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2\u20134 years of relevant experience<\/strong>\u00a0in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Inventory Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in the\u00a0<strong>FMCG sector is highly preferred<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of\u00a0<strong>MS Excel<\/strong>\u00a0and ability to work with data and reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with\u00a0<strong>ERP systems<\/strong>\u00a0is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good command of\u00a0<strong>English language<\/strong>\u00a0is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Client: FMCG (Confidential)Location: Baghdad \u2013 Al RusafaEmployment Type: Full-TimeWorking Days: Sunday \u2013 Thursday Key Responsibilities Qualifications &amp;
