Business Partner<\/strong> is currently recruiting a Procurement Officer<\/strong> on behalf of one of our clients operating in the Food Manufacturing Industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Manage the complete procurement cycle from purchase requests to final delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Negotiate competitive prices and favorable commercial terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Issue and follow up on purchase orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate with warehouses and internal departments to maintain optimal inventory levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
    ✔ 4\u20136 years of procurement experience, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry.
    ✔ Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations.
    ✔ Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
    ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    ✔ Good command of the English language.
    ✔ Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
